About Wobble Goal
Wobble Goal is a same-screen two-player football game built on the JoyArc original engine: two top-heavy bodies wobble around a single ball on one shared device, and the whole match is decided by when you let go of the kick button.
The leg is not an animation. Each player's hip, knee and foot are simulated points, so the kicking leg lags behind the body, overshoots when it swings, and drags you off balance if you swing too hard from a standstill. Holding the kick pulls the leg backwards and slows your walk, which is the trade: cheap shots are quick, hard shots leave you planted.
A match is ninety seconds or five goals, whichever comes first. If the clock runs out level the match goes to a golden goal. The CPU opponent in solo mode chases the ball with a reaction delay and a little aim noise rather than perfect knowledge, and it will not walk the ball into its own net. Graphics, the crowd, and every sound are generated in the game; there are no external art or audio files and no in-game ads.
Key Features & Highlights
Hip, knee and foot are position-constrained points solved four times per fixed step, so the leg bends, lags and overshoots on its own. A kick is an impulse through the foot, not a scripted frame.
Holding the kick pulls the leg back and cuts walking to 55 percent of normal speed. The charge fills in 0.42 seconds and sets the swing impulse between 7.0 and 17.5 metres per second.
Player one uses A/D and S, player two uses the arrow keys, and both drive the same simulation on one device. A touch layout gives each player their own movement pair and kick button.
The bot occupies the far side of the ball from the goal it attacks, reacts on a timer, and adds aim noise. It never receives extra speed or a hidden ball magnet.
The one-key scheme is not a separate mini-game: a short tap hops the body, a longer hold winds the same leg back, and the release swings it. The full moveset stays available with K.
How to Play - Rules & Objectives
- 1Press KICK OFF (or tap the button) to start. Each player attacks the goal on their own side of the screen: player one to the right, player two to the left.
- 2Walk with your movement keys. A slow touch is enough; your body carries momentum and takes a moment to stop.
- 3Hold your kick button to wind the leg back, then release. The foot swings forward and the ball takes the strike; the charge bar above the scoreboard shows how hard it will go.
- 4Stand close to the ball and swing for a hard shot, or tap the kick for a quick poke. Swinging from a standstill pushes your own body backwards, so line the shot up first.
- 5Score five goals, or lead when the ninety-second clock runs out. If it is level at zero, the next goal wins.
- 6Prefer fewer keys? Press K. Each player then has a single button: tap to hop, hold to charge, release to strike.
Pro Tips & High-Score Strategies
- Meet the ball on your way forward instead of standing still: the foot still carries some of your walking momentum, so a moving kick travels further than a planted one.
- Kick across the goal rather than straight at it. The keeper does not exist, but a flat shot from outside the pitch bounces off the post and comes straight back at you.
- When the ball is in your own half, do not wind up a full swing. A short poke toward the far goal is safer than a big swing that leaves you facing the wrong way.
